The usual delivery time is 10 to 12 business days after the order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Costs

Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number may be provided to the customer. It is then up to the customer to track the package's progress via the carrier.

ENFAMI cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, public holidays, weather conditions, or any other event beyond its control.

The customer must ensure that the address provided is complete and accurate. ENFAMI cannot be held responsible for a delivery error caused by an incorrect address provided during the order.
